Has any of you had an echocardiogram since being diagnosed with MAI

I started treatment with the 3 antibiotics and am just on my 3 month. I had been having allot of pounding heart beats, feeling like my heart is beating out of my chest. Not really real fast, mostly pounding. I went to see my Primary MD. He ordered labs and I have not heard back. I had an echocardiogram that showed I seemed to be developing higher pressures in the right side of my heart, which from what I understand can be related to blood flow through the pulmonary arteries.
Have any of you had an echocardiogram. If so I was wondering if you had similar findings.
The technician was mentioning lung disease as a cause.

@jkiemen Hi Jo Ann. I have had heart arrhythmia since my 20's. Am now on Cartia twice a day. 120 mg in a.m
And 120 mg at night. Was told mine is due to some regurgitation from mitral valve prolapse and extra strain on heart due to bad lungs. Have been on heart meds for 4 yrs now. Doing way better with now. Are you on any heart meds?

No meds yet. I am worried about what won't also be metabolized through the liver since because I am on the Big Three. My BP seems to be higher. I am not sure if it is the antibiotics or the stress of the palpitations. I had labs done yesterday and all was good. Maybe if my BP was better, I would have less palpitations. Has anyone else noticed a change in BP when going on the Antibiotics?

I did but I was so allergic to one of them that I became very sick. I stopped after a week but unfortunately I was told to go back on the same path and became very sick with a cluster headache. Something was mentioned about my liver results. I am adding this to a talk tomorrow with my PCP and next month with my Pulmonary doctor. My blood pressure went up to over 200/96 but fortunately I was sent to the ER. Unfortunately, wrong meds prescribed.
