Linezold Diet Restriction

Does anyone have a comprehensive list of what and what not to eat while on Linezolid or a website to use? My doctor nor the pharmacist even mentioned to be careful 😤

In short, avocado, bitter orange and foods high in tyramine. Broadly, that means cured meats, aged cheeses, fermented foods, red wine and tap beer.
