Chronic EBV: to go or not on a trip?

Hi.. I am scheduled for a 16 day river trip early October. I am in reactivation with pretty high numbers. Would you reschedule?

If you have the energy and stamina to do that, then you must be feeling pretty well. Go for it...if that's the case.
