Scalp Condition

Hi, all. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I have a spot on the crown of my head that has been extremely sensitive for years. If anyone touches it, there is a calming sensation that I get. My boyfriend can massage it and I'll fall asleep. As awesome as this is, my hair breaks terribly in that dime sized spot when I get stressed. So far, no doctor has been able to tell me what this is and Google is no help. Has anyone else experienced this?
