Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

I started having the only way I can explain it is internal vibrations. I've had them for 3 months now, I went to t hihe ER and they told me it was anxiety. A doctor diagnosed me at a clinic as having Lyme disease I've started a 21-day prescription of Doxycycline I'm on day 7. I went to a psychiatrist a week ago to get something because of my nerves are just over the brink. He prescribed me Gabapentin and Valium I've only been on them a few days.
Has anyone experienced these internal vibrations?I have them almost 24/7 chest neck stomach from the hips down. I have more lab tests that should be in today, but the doctor's office said that they would not call unless there was some abnormality in the lab work.

I've asked cardiologists, neurologists, primary care physicians. they all say that it doesn't exist, but I have internal buzzing in my legs, sometimes my chest , sometimes it wakes me up at night it's so prevalent. I don't believe that it doesn't exist because too many people have talked about it here and elsewhere. However I think that when doctors just don't know they are loathe to say I don't know. Science has not gotten that far yet.

I started having that internal vibrations periodically a few years ago seemed like the first time was after I was on a plane and the first night in bed after a long plane trip I would have it like the bed of internal vibrations and I somehow feel it's coming from the back of my head
I have not ever told the doctor about this, but it seemed to me like you had something to do with my vestibular system plane and the plane is shaking, sometimes get them without having been in any situation where my head was shaking and surprising that other people have had this I assume no one had this so good to know

My mother and I always feel vibration
We both describe it as if our blood is vibrating underneath our skin
I thought maybe because our nerves are shot
