@novajeff Hi, no I haven’t had any recent trauma or illness that I can think of. Spine MRIs came back clean. Just finished my 2nd EMG, but will wait to hear from the doctor. The main thing I’m experiencing at the moment is facilitations in both legs and heavy spasms in my left elbow. I also get this weird sore ish sensation in the area between my thumb and index finger in both arms, as if I had carpal tunnel. But I know I don’t. Sadly I upped the dosage of gabapentin to 3x300 MG a day but I feel like it’s not working anymore. At first I could sleep fine but now I got the vibrations back again when I try to sleep. In addition to the vibrations did you also ever experience your hands/feet going numb when trying to fall asleep?

Still shocks me how similar symptoms are with this from person to person. I also had the hand pain. It was disturbing. I also had the very easily falling sleep arms. It caused me to clench my elbows in my sleep and it would pinch my ulnar nerve and I’d wake up with an absolutely dead rubber chicken arm.

Thankfully the hands are 90% resolved and the ulnar sensitivity is gone.
