Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

I have internal vibrations, With me, it ended up that I was diagnosed with polyneuropathy, where it feels like electrical currents/vibrations go through middle of my chest, down, and then a milder sensation in legs and arms, occasionally! I have numbness in feet, and pins & needles sensations, in hands and feet, which all seems to be related to the internal vibrations!

Thank you for the info. I have to say, my vibrations aren’t nearly as strong as yours. I do have some numbness at times, but have attributed that to Reynaud’s syndrome. I also have rheumatoid arthritis, which makes me wonder if mine could be linked to the RA somehow.
