I have been having the internal vibrations for a few months now and my psychiatrist put me on Buspirone. It is not helping. What kind of dr. should I see? Please help!

I have internal vibrations, With me, it ended up that I was diagnosed with polyneuropathy, where it feels like electrical currents/vibrations go through middle of my chest, down, and then a milder sensation in legs and arms, occasionally! I have numbness in feet, and pins & needles sensations, in hands and feet, which all seems to be related to the internal vibrations!
