Healthy Anger in Dealing with Chronic Illnesses and Other Hurts

Hi all: @chrisj2491 @denie57 @johnjames @trouble4343 @ggopher @tntredhead @aperob @caryp43 @burgle @macbeth @knightkris; @retairforceman @trouble4343
Recently there have many posts discussing the topic of anger related to the isolation that results from having PD and other chronic illnesses. I just recently read a post from Dr. Amit Sood of Mayo Clinic. He wrote an article entitled, "Healthy Anger." The link is http://stressfree.org/immerse-week-51-healthy-anger/.

Let's take a moment to read it and then discuss. What, if anything, can apply to our situation(s)?

Teresa, I'd also like to tag Linda @llwortman on this discussion. She is a big follower of the teachings of Dr. Sood, and may wish to talk about Healthy Anger in the context of dealing with chronic illness and isolation.
Linda, please see Teresa's message above.

Dr Sood is an amazing healer! Read his books, take his classes and listen to him speak! If possible sign up for a research study...if possible. It not only gave me a gear quality of life, it helped save my life from lung cancer...and helped me climb higher than I ever have before! To the top of Mt Kilimanjaro!
It truly is about acceptance, kindness, forgiveness, compassion, blessings, reflection/Prayer, higher meaning and truly living. Let you challenged with and physical disease become your blessing! You will be amazed at the life you live...without any anger. Now go hug someone! And give a silent blessing to someone you don't know and keep it up...it all comes back to us and heals us.
Gods speed and Thank you Mayo Connect !

@llwortman Hi Linda, nice to have you join the discussion. I've enjoyed reading his blogs, he really speaks to the heart of many issues. I'm glad to hear that you have been helped by his writings. I was not aware of his books, I'll have to look into that. Blessings, Teresa
