Does anyone know how en plaque tentorial meningioma would be treated?

I can’t find ANY information on this and I honestly think the NS in Arkansas doesn’t even know. How are en plaque tentorial meningiomas treated if/when they have to be? I know it’s extremely rare, but since they have a name, there is probably a treatment protocol.

I do have one. Unfortunately, not everyone in my corner of Arkansas is in the same portal. I now have one for the optometrist, one for the dentist, one for the general doctor, one for the radiologist, and one that is for Mayo, Baptist, and UAMS. (Also their individuals)
If I could only get those others to use My Chart!

That is a real issue that various system are not interoperable.
