I take 200 mg Tramadol and 900 MG of gabapentin throughout the day. for pinched nerves and arthritis pain. I also take a full aspirin every morning and stil, I cannot walk more than 2 blocks without severe back pain. I am soooo tired. Anybody else who is just fatigued from constant pain?
I also take 900mg of gabepentin and robaxin. I've been through Mayo's Pain Rehabilitation Clinic. Yes, chronic pain is very tiring! Studies have shown that mild aerobic can be helpful so no matter how painful it is KEEP WALKING!
Hi I have chronic pain since 2015 I go to a pain clinic. I used to be involved in the pain association. I'd love to talk anytime. We can do it right here
I have fatigue. I sleep for 10 to 12 hours. And i don't have energy to do much. I read a lot. I do research and i like to share information. I moved 5 hours away from my friends. I used to be a clinical nutritionist in a hospital. So i have to motivate myself. How do you handle your fatigue.
I have been really sick so I'm starting over to try walking. We could do this together and encourage each other. I live in the Adirondacks in NY and its been col frozen and snowing but today sunny and40. Who wants to join ? We can kind of start around the same time. We should decide when we want to start. And give each other time to walk for however long for the first time before moving on. Small steps. Everyone will be going different distances i won't be going far we could go a little bit everyday up to a week. But we can talk and encourage each [ther along the way. I know i need it whose in. I need this or i'm going to sit with my cat and dog and read

I have had chronic pain for over 40 years and use strong medicine to fight it. My concern is that there are groups trying to ban opioids for everyone except cancer patients and temporary short term use. 19lin

Hi @19lin. Welcome to Connect! I understand your concerns and this is a great forum in which to discuss them. I'm tagging @mlemieux, @suebreen54 and @leh09 who may be interested in discussing this as well. I'm also moving your post over to a thread called "Chronic pain - Let's talk" as I think it's a good fit for this discussion.
