I take 200 mg Tramadol and 900 MG of gabapentin throughout the day. for pinched nerves and arthritis pain. I also take a full aspirin every morning and stil, I cannot walk more than 2 blocks without severe back pain. I am soooo tired. Anybody else who is just fatigued from constant pain?

Have you gotten other opinions? I was diagnosed with this thing seven years ago. Same deal: need fusion surgery; got fusion; no pain relief, called "failed back surgery syndrome". How convenient. I'm not suggesting that you not get the surgery. Just look into other options. This surgery is a major surgery. Don't jump into it without knowing more.
