Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

I started having the only way I can explain it is internal vibrations. I've had them for 3 months now, I went to t hihe ER and they told me it was anxiety. A doctor diagnosed me at a clinic as having Lyme disease I've started a 21-day prescription of Doxycycline I'm on day 7. I went to a psychiatrist a week ago to get something because of my nerves are just over the brink. He prescribed me Gabapentin and Valium I've only been on them a few days.
Has anyone experienced these internal vibrations?I have them almost 24/7 chest neck stomach from the hips down. I have more lab tests that should be in today, but the doctor's office said that they would not call unless there was some abnormality in the lab work.

My internal tremors began as a vibrating big left toe when resting and having it elevated. After a few months the vibration went to my two feet. Just thinking tired at end of day never gave it another thought until it started moving into both legs. Now my legs and feet were vibrating when relaxing and about to go to sleep. After a little longer it went into my chest. Then months later my arms. After a little over a year my whole body including head has these internal vibrations when dozing off to sleep and upon waking. Sometimes they are very violent and I just lay there and look , my body does not move it is so odd that my insides are vibrating so bad and no outside visual. Drs just contribute ite to probably anxiety and goes on about his way. It’s very concerning that this occurs, but I’ve never really come up with anything. I have just regulated it to tough shit and just live with it for if it’s something bad it will eventually show up. I’ve always felt like it’s just my problem, but I’ve seen that other’s experience this.

I have had this internal vibration that started March of 2022. I did have covid -19 at Xmas 2021 and a colonoscopy/endoscopy 2-2022 as my motility almost ceased. Early March I decided to go for walk and while doing some arm circles and my left arm could not be lifted laterally within a 24 hr hour period. I have 98% range of motion today but the internal vibration will not go away. It happens when I sleep and it thrusts me from my sleep anywhere from 3-5 am. I experience mine in my upper left back, near back of my arm and spine since then. Daytime I experience burning, dull ache or tightening of the muscles in my left armpit, upper left arm( in the back , underneath and sometimes pecs area) had a shooting pain in my front left thoracic from my clavicle to last rib a week ago. I am struggling with same daytime pain in my left groin, left hip, left lower back as the year progressed.
I have been to a cardiologist , rheumatologist, neurologist, orthopedic spinal specialist, 2 physical therapist, chiroprator. They are baffled. I had emg of my left side to rule out neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome. I will have to go a vascular/thoracic surgeon to rule out arterial or vascular thoracic outlet syndrome. Out of all the dr the chiroprator reviewed a full spinal mri and suggested this diagnosis instead of cervical radiculopathy.
Other tests completed: heart holter, echocardiogram, Ana bloodwork ( inflammation markers), spinal decompression, adjustments, laser therapy, 1 prp shot in shoulder, x-rays of spine, left and right shoulder, mri of brain and spine, ct of my pelvis and abdominal area left, ultrasound or pelvis and kidneys and left shoulder.
I don’t find Muscle relaxers or gabapentin helpful as the cause constipation and tremors. I have essential tremor for years but this vibration in my back cannot been seen or felt by anyone else and only happens when I sleep. Most pain relief I have had was a 2 weeks use of meloxicam for inflammation and pain until I got a uti and had 5 day dose of ciproflaxin. The burning flanked pain in my left side, hip and groin which was radiating down my left thigh now subsided to almost 1-2 on pain scale but the vibration in my thoracic increased again.
First night on cipro I woke up with both my hands vibrating nothing visual, night 3 vibration in my left upper Middleback at the spine - all new. I reported this to my pc and he recommends I see an immunologist(waiting). I may have a problem taking quinolone class of antibiotics. This drug has black box warning of tendon damage and nerve damage. ( I have always been very physically active both my Pt and pc warned me of activity) . On top of it I got internal shingles detected by a viral panel- Stress from the drug interaction or uti itself( it was a bad one but first one detected in mutiple years)? I was given levaquin same class antibiotic in 2020 and had my first experience with internal shingles. Connection? Is anyone with this vibration used this same class of drugs and has had covid-19 exposure within 2 or 3 months and / or taking this class of antibiotics?
All of this has not found a diagnosis and or treatment. I stay active now but I cannot do high impact or stressful exercise without consequence. Yoga, tai chi, mediation, walking, cycling, swimming etc. some days or weeks lately very little at all. This has been life altering with no answers in sight.
I currently am taking valtrex for shingle suppression, and Tylenol and my vitamins. Les is more with no diagnosis. May try a week of meloxicam again. Working with a pelvic physical therapist to hopefully eliminate the need for SI joint ultrasound guided cortisone injection and pain relief. My cervical/ thoracic pt is on hold until we know the shingles is completely out of my system.
People are reporting internal vibrations on the internet yet SOME dr are still practicing with blinders on. We need dr to be more investigative after covid, vaccines, and our antibiotics not made in the US to insure quality and side effects. We need them to look at the whole person even if they are specialist. Please help… I have never posted on line before so that is the evidence of desperation and frustration.

Is there anyone out there with this horrible rare disease/disorder called hemifacial spasms?
After 4 yrs of suffering with this nightmare illness and going through 8 doctors, RN’s, PA’s, telling me they never heard of it or that it’s anxiety, finally the 8th doctor diagnosed it as hemifacial spasms. A very rare neuromuscular nervous system disorder with no cure & what may help is Botox injections or brain surgery! I opted for Botox injections. The first one was 11/29/2021 & my 4th injection caused Botox complications to where it made my whole side of the face droop badly & I even drool some on that side of my mouth. I’ve been going every 4 months. Got my next injections set for April but not I’m thinking it’s just not for me. This 4th visit for Botox has me looking like I had a stroke!!! Anyone else dealing with these issues???

I have the same thing, with vibrations/palpatations waking me middle of night every night. Started taking Melatonin before sleeping. That seems to be working. It hasn't stopped it completely, but has made it much more mild. I do light exercise every morning because its the only thing that seems to relieve the palpatations/vibrations after I get up. Cancer medications I took for seven years, I am convinced caused all of it. I am set up to go t a doctor to have the brain checked out just to be safe. I stopped taking the medication. Dont believe there is a cure for all this, but am hoping that I can through exercise make it less crazy.

I experienced this yesterday after feeling sick and like was going to pass out. As I laid down I started to experience what I call electrical buzzing that I could physically feel with my hand at any point on my body. This was not twitching. It felt like current running through body .
Is that what yall are experiencing?
