Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

I started having the only way I can explain it is internal vibrations. I've had them for 3 months now, I went to t hihe ER and they told me it was anxiety. A doctor diagnosed me at a clinic as having Lyme disease I've started a 21-day prescription of Doxycycline I'm on day 7. I went to a psychiatrist a week ago to get something because of my nerves are just over the brink. He prescribed me Gabapentin and Valium I've only been on them a few days.
Has anyone experienced these internal vibrations?I have them almost 24/7 chest neck stomach from the hips down. I have more lab tests that should be in today, but the doctor's office said that they would not call unless there was some abnormality in the lab work.

When I’ve had ‘tremors’ and thought maybe was anxiety, it was made better by doing calming breath work, which I’d been taught previously.
Most of my ‘tremors’ have been from either my EPI (pancreatic insufficiency) which has to do with ability to digest food properly (doc figured it out, not obvious), OR from too much caffeine from soft drinks. (Caffeine in tea doesn’t have same effect, and doc says it is different…also that there are chemicals in soft drinks which could cause effects…). [I’ve heard of people who say Tremors can be related to constipation issues.]

Are you spending a lot time sleeping or sitting near a smart meter (e.g., meter for electricity for house)? I had my smart meter removed from the outside of my home (was located just on the other side of the wall from my headboard) and replaced it with a non-smart meter that has to be manually read each month for an extra $20. per month. I haven’t had the internal vibrations since then.

I get spasms at times and I could definitely describe them as vibrations. Are you sure you are not getting Spasms.?

I have been having the same thing. Just going to be checked out by my doctor in a couple more weeks. Wish I knew what is causing my insides to vibrate as it is scary not knowing why it is happening. Any info will be appreciated. Good luck to you.
