Has anyone experienced depression after taking praluent?

Has anyone experienced depression after taking praluent? I recently started this PCSK9 after being on rosuvastatin for 3 weeks and experiencing such crippling fatigue and muscle soreness. I’m a very active 62 year old male and am trying to manage my new life after having had a stent placed in LAD.

I am 61 and have genetically high cholesterol. After developing more plaque and a triple AAA, which was repaired three years ago, I am trying to get my cholesterol down naturally, but it is not working well. My LDL is 190 and my doctor has gotten an approval for the PRAULENT I had a terrible reaction to statins after just 10 days was achy. Everywhere felt my muscles were injured and was kind of bedridden. I am just looking to see what kind of reactions people have had when starting the shot and how much they are seeing at lower their cholesterol by. I eat very little in fact, not enough at 1800 cal. I work out five days a week and it is doing nothing to the cholesterol numbers.Thank you.

I, too, have genetically high cholesterol, and my father died of heart problem at 62. I've gotten to be 79 miraculously, with a stent in my LAD 2017, and Praluent since. I am hypersensitive to all drugs (and pretty much everything else)...but love my Praluent. No discernible side effects, expect my cholesterol is under 100...miraculous! Hope you have similarly good results. I've been on anti-depressants since 2012, and am most grateful that they keep me level. Perhaps a chat with a good (prescribing) therapist?
