Post menopausal nipple pain

Hi I am 55 & recently have been experiencing severe nipple pain. They are hard & I really feel uncomfortable. I also just had what presented as a heart attack but don’t see my cardiologist for a few days. Could the 2 situations be related? I have several other health issues but both of these are new & are happening close together.Thanks
