Pain on my legs knees to ankles

Hi, @tforay, and welcome to Connect. So sorry your legs are hurting. We have many members I am sure would be happy to chime in with some helpful ideas and tips for you. I am wondering, though, if you could tell us a little more about the pain you are experiencing--is it sharp, stabbing, deep soreness? Do you have any other medical conditions or recent experiences that could be contributing to this?
