Can’t Diagnose Cause of Pain in Right Side Pelvic and Abdomen Region

Help. Can someone recommend a doctor, a place or suggest a possible condition please?

I have acute pain in the right side abdomen, pelvic region, right front and back flank and it goes down my right leg making it feel like all blood flow has stopped. I’m basically paralyzed below the waist on the right side by the end of the day. Loss of appetite and it feels like I’m eating knives when I eat solid food. Even though I eat less, at the beginning of this I rapidly gained 20lbs.

ALL tests are coming back normal. MRI of lumbar, CAT scans, ultrasound of kidneys and abdomen, endoscopy, colonoscopy, blood. Some tests are repeated several times with no change. I have another ultrasound this Friday. Small kidney stones, small tumor on liver which they think are veins, otherwise nothing. Family history of polycythemia vera.

We are out of answers and I’m desperate. I’m running out of sick leave and I’m afraid I’m going to lose my job. The pain is constant, stabbing, throbbing and burning and is not sustainable. I’ve gone from being a highly active fit adult to either in the couch or in bed as much as possible.
