Hi @larry68
Oh, I had thought your appointment was scheduled for May 29th. How wonderful that it's actually April 29th, just a few weeks away!
Definitely, epilepsy calls for ongoing adjustments to our daily routines. It's something we learn to navigate, little by little.
On that note, I'd like to share another video from my dear yoga teacher, Prof. Marcos Rojo. He was recently invited by the Brazilian Yoga Association to give a talk on the topic of limits, followed by a guided practice session — a subject that feels very relevant to us. As before, it's in Portuguese, but subtitles are simple to enable on YouTube:
Limits - Marcos Rojo - Brazilian Association of Yoga

Curiosity, what kinds of physical activity or exercise do you currently do and enjoy?

Hi @larry68
Living remotely does bring peace and also its challenges! But you could always try online — so many people discovered yoga during Covid through virtual classes, and many stuck with it. It really opens up access regardless of where you live.

I used to fish a lot when I was younger, together with my father — such good memories!
Do you notice your symptoms getting worse after any of those activities?

Hi @larry68
Until you get your diagnosis, I'd suggest sticking to lighter activities for now. But that doesn't mean you have to stay completely still! Walking is a wonderful option — gentle, low-risk, and still good for both body and mind.
Your appointment at the end of April is just around the corner. Hang in there!
