Until you get your diagnosis, I'd suggest sticking to lighter activities for now. But that doesn't mean you have to stay completely still! Walking is a wonderful option — gentle, low-risk, and still good for both body and mind.
Your appointment at the end of April is just around the corner. Hang in there!
