Here is my experience. Nitric oxide is required to have an erection. I found that taking one or two 750 mg capsule of (Now brand) l-Citrulline every day for a month seemed to help with erections and increase interest. Then I found a journal article about using it for mild ED. I also take one 5 mg tablet of Tadalafil at least once a week. This combination seems to bring back those feelings you are missing!
So I wondered if nitric oxide is helpful for women too so I found this article that says it is very helpful: https://www.revitalyzemd.com/the-nitric-oxide-connection-female-sexual-health-circulation-and-vitality/ You don't need to buy their tablets. Just use the l-citrulline daily.
@crossette Thanks for the info. I’m taking so many drugs right now that I’m very wary of adding another one.
@heisenberg34 You should at least try the l-citrulline. It is a natural amino acid found in watermelons a few other fruits (but in small quantities). It's always good to keep your blood vessels open.
Nothing short of God Himself saved our marriage. Tried to do it on our on, to no avail. Still struggling with life’s changing circumstances…

3 Reactions@crossette I just added R-lipoic acid and a magnesium compound. That's on top of six Rx meds and multivitamin, plus vitamin D. For all I know there could be some kind of drug interaction going on. I doubt that any of my docs are checking. As has been mentioned, "you have to become your own best own advocate".
@arctic22
I believe that's the case here in Iowa and some other states. I haven't worked up the nerve to prove myself yet. Oh well, nothing lost really.
@bajjerfan I will not watch anything with the infamous "X" in it. I don't need to have may wife acting like those idiots in those flix, just be willing to try some very simple things... wearing some revealing outfit/nightgown. She was raised in a very conservative home, so I understand her reluctance to try new things. She has also gained quite a bit of weight. Her belly is quite large so I can see how that adds to her reluctance.
