Any natural remedies that might help with symptoms?

Posted by mountainmarge @mountainmarge, 4 days ago

I've had autoimmune troubles for years and have had severe allergic reactions to medications, including all antibiotics now, so I've become afraid to take anything. However, with most of my troubles, I've found there's enough literature on subjects like candida, food allergies and such, that I can figure out my problem and find a natural remedy that helps. I haven't found doctors to be helpful with any of my problems yet and they're not helping with this COVID business either, so I'm trying to figure out a solution myself. A lot of herbalists are quacks, though, so you can't believe everything you hear. However, there might be some good common sense advice out there. Has anyone heard any. I'm researching now. I will post if I find any and it proves helpful.

Well thank you. It's been 9 months since I got sick and for 2 days now I finally feel clearheaded enough to really start this research. (I've been forgetting what I was looking for.) My metabolism has been all wacky, can't absorb electrolytes, still need Pedialyte every day to keep my heart racing, but success! I found that Medicaid will cover that. That stuff has been costing me $7 a day. One problem solved. Now trying to figure out all the rest... Prayers back at you.

@mountainmarge Medicaid is great if you can qualify for it. My Mother was on it. We couldn't have managed otherwise. Maybe someday we all will have those benefits. A friend of mine got a script last week, and when he went to have it filled it was over $600. He didn't get it.
