@gloriajean So how many hours of sleep do you get to feel good? I really need at least 6 and 7 is heaven.

1 ReactionI believe it is $69.00 for the year. Worth every penny. This app. Is teaching me to quiet my mind. Really helps to go to sleep.

2 Reactions@lioness this is so true, we each are different and need to find what works for us. I know they say to turn off electronics an hour or so before bed, but I have often fallen asleep in bed, sitting up using my IPad.

2 Reactions@hopeful33250 that’s what I’m doing right now. I don’t do it often but our bedroom is the only room with A/C and it’s hot out.

2 Reactionsabout 5 hrs.
@gloriajean I use melatonin, 3mg, and it does not make me groggy. Unfortunately it also does not get me through the night but I have heard that the long acting prescription version will.
