I have chronic dry eyes and my ophthalmologist is recommending “tear care” procedure. Has anyone had this treatment procedure?

After cataract surgery have had terrible problems with blurring when I move my eye/eyes...have tried multiple treatments...artificial tears, blood serum drops, steriods, gabapentin....etc......not really sure...
