Using them for about 6 months. Not sure if they are helping or not; off biologic (rheumatoid arthritis) for 5 months, not working after 20 years. Dry eyes unbearable, trying everything. Can’t restart a biologic for 6 weeks yet. Had to be 3 months after failed trial of Rituxan.
I was having to use eye drops for years throughout the day Since using Tyrvaya, I use it in the morning, and now I feel like my dry eye disease is pretty much gone. It's been a miracle drug for me.

1 ReactionThanks for feedback. I see cornea specialist in a few weeks, and I am anxious to see what he recommends for dry eyes and rough corneas. I have not tried anything else yet. What biologic were you on before Tryvaya?
darracf1 thanks. Since I'm on 3 other eye drops for glaucoma, I will have to wait for next eye exam to see if it is improving corneas. What eye drops were you on before Tyrvaya?
