Tell us what you thought of the July 8th meeting!

Posted by Francesca @francescaripple, Jul 9, 2015

During the meeting on July 8th we had tons of great suggestions from all of you -- and feedback from the meeting was one of the topics! Please use this discussion thread to let us know your thoughts about the meeting. Some things to consider before you post: This was an ALL PFAC meeting, would more meetings like this be desired? Is is valuable? How often would meetings like this be beneficial to PFACs? Why would they be valuable? Who could lead/organize these?

Visit the "Resources Tab" to watch the videos from the meeting, they will be uploaded over the next few days.

Please post your thoughts to this thread and lets have a conversation about how meetings like this can benefit the PFACs

Very productive meeting on July 8th. We need to keep them at least quarterly, if not sooner, have an updates from selected PFACs on rotation basis, so each PFAC will get a chance to 'show and tell' the efforts they made for patient betterment. Kudos to you and other organizers !

Great launch! Thank you for this effort. Here I will point out that if you went to https://connect.mayoclinic.org/ url first because that was the url that was given to you for PFAC and is most well known, there was no obvious navigation way for you to end up to the PFAC group. For future usability improvements you might want to add a hot link to the PFAC group from the connect landing page. I also would like to give a shout out to my own work on the web to "connect" various assets (organizations/projects) in Rochester that contribute to the health and wellness of the community. I have added the PFAC project on my website: http://cap.dmcbeam.org/plomino_documents/c840ec40b9b2445193884edbce95efc6

This is super Al, thank you so much for connected this to our online community, and great thoughts about future usability! I will add this link also to our resource pages... so it will be saved there too. Thank you again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the meeting. It was great to get the "big picture" of the different Mayo PFACs. Until then, we didn't have a clear idea of the scope of PFACs. The content was informative, and we hope meetings like this continue -- perhaps twice a year. Perhaps representatives of different PFACs could have the opportunity to share what they do. Great work (and great location)!
