So what is your ideal breakfast?

Thank you, it has been a hard year and add Covid to all our lives has made life worse! Our daughter lives close and of course works full time, we have a son but he and family @3 hours away. I have met 2 neighbors this summer which is nice as we had always lived in country before.

Hi @gema98, I’m so very sorry to hear about your husband. I know how tough it is to be ill during Covid, so to add the loss of your husband must be a huge struggle. You sound positive, so that’s good. I’m impressed with your weight loss and healthy eating practices. Definitely a great way to keep your liver healthy!

I can’t remember if I told you about our Transplant Recipients Culinary Arts webinar series - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/transplant-culinary-arts-zoom-sessions/?pg=1#comment-635131

It’s open to anyone on Connect. We discuss healthy eating, cooking, and share other tips for remaining healthy and positive. I demonstrated pumpkin chia pudding…the recipe is posted in the discussion if your interested.
