@woodman- Good morning and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. That sounds very painful. From what I've read using any NSAID after a pneumothorax is not a great idea. How long https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21882030ago did this take place? When was your tube removed? Have you asked your doctor?
