What are the best supplements to help prevent BPH/prostate cancer?

I have had the BPH for several years, aged 78. I have tried numerous products to help with symptoms and have found Ultra Natural Prostate Formula by Life Extension to be the best. It has numerous ingredients which have been researched and beneficial for the prostate gland. While it is a little expensive you can get a reduced price by buying four bottles and it and an even further price reduction by buying 10 at a time, which I do. I have shared it with several of my friends and every one of them have continued to take it after having beneficial results. Life extension is known for its high quality products.

I am still using the product and have been for several years now. I am aged 78. I might add that I have introduced several of my friends to this product and they have found it to be quite effective also. Since your body is made up of primarily fluid so the more you flush your system the better off you’ll be. Letting sludge sit in your organs by not flushing them often will eventually clog your organs. I’m a 71 y.o. retired nurse and have been a fluid pusher my whole life. I have no prostate issues or other urinary issues or cardiac disease despite both my parents having these issues. You’re smart to begin thinking about this now since it is a life long concern for men. Also, reduce your intake of alcohol if you drink. I now only drink beer for my GI biome health.

Cfbauer fluid is your best supplement to prevent prostate issues. Commercially produced supplements are not proven science but fluid is. The more you keep hydrated and flush out your organs regularly and an ongoing bases. Your circulating fluid will be flow more easily too and potentially less clogged arteries too.

I used the standard over the counter products in my 40s, TPS, and it worked until it didn't. I had Rezum and after a month of recovery, nothing changed. I'm going to give Ultra Prostate. I get up every 2 hours at night.

Ultra Prostate didn't work for me.

When I was 58 I had a pet scan which revealed a enlarge prostate tried all kinds of supplements no good. Get up around every 20 minutes for around 4 hrs every night, at the dentist I had to go to restroom 4 times well they worked on my mouth. Now I’m 69 and going in for surgery to open things back up.
Has anyone out there done this
