I don't think that is too low. I think under 100 would be, but we are all different and it depends I suspect on what your normal blood pressure is. Getting up too quickly can make you dizzy or feel lightheaded for a second or two, but if you rise more slowly that will probably pass. Again, without knowing your normal pressure; it's difficult to say if it's low. I am happy when my blood pressure is at that level.

My dr said the bottom number under 70 is too low. If this is consistent, I would notify your dr.

Patients vary on what they can tolerate, so it's very much an individual thing, but below 60 is considered dangerous. You should be...SHOULD BE...okay with a diastolic pressure above 65.

If you are a thin person with relatively thin arms, conventional BP cuff will give falsely low reading of BP. As I said earlier if your symptoms are not aggravated on standing from lying position, it shouldn't be BP issue. There are many clinics specializing in dizziness, see some doctor there.

Not me! Have vasovagal syncope and high blood pressure. It seems that when my BP is approximately 100 or below top, bottom 60 or below, I feel this way. If it goes too low, 60/40 ish, I pass out. I REALLY hate this crap! Broken bones, injuries requiring surgery, fractured back & many bumps and bruises, 71, health problems like diabetes, arthritis, fibro, ménière's etc. plus being alone now, have made this difficult to deal with.

Too low of BP can be dangerous…
When I was in the hospital after my heart attack, my blood pressure at one point dropped down into the 70s, Now that I’m home, I monitor it every day, A few times it dropped down into the upper 80s, which is too low. What I do is lay down try to elevate my legs above my heart and drink plenty of liquids and keep an eye on it to make sure it’s going up.
I tend to run with a low blood pressure normally that ranges around 117 but since I’m still recovering from my heart attack if my blood pressure is above 100 I’m happy

Being at home you are naturally more relaxed ,which sometimes, for some people will lower your blood pressure . Check your blood pressure morning and evening ,that’s enough readings for your cardiologist to see next visit . My blood pressure runs low at times . I haven’t had a heart attack but I do have problems , Afib is one . Your doctor will decide if that’s too low for your BP . Control your stress and exercise as your doctor advised. Peace ✌️

I don’t want to alarm you but I had those same symptoms at 41. I was also very tired. I went to my doctor who ran some blood tests and asked me to please sit down.
He told me I was pregnant! I already had 4 kids and the youngest was already 9! End result at 42 I had a wonderful beautiful baby daughter!

Unless your blood pressure usually runs much higher you are likely ok. If you have other symptoms though….call your doctor and have it checked!
