is this promising that my mom may be accepted for appt ?

hello to everyone, first time poster.
its the weekend so im asking here until i can get ahold of them on monday.
she has adrenal tumor and endo here referred to endo there.
they called 3/10 to explain i need to send imaging, and Doc would review and let us know what they would offer.
they read from script which said
" a doctor will review the records once received, to determine whether we might be able to provide tests or treatment options,
that are significantly different from evaluations or treatments that you already received ,
a decision will be made after the review, and you will receive a response as soon as a decision is made ".
-- Now we got an automated call this morning that said
' Calling , regarding your appt request, please call 507-266-0202 during business hours so we can talk to you about this request,
to stop receiving appt reminders and notifications, press 9 to opt out ".
A little more info,
She had a CT here yesterday and they did send the imaging to mayo, at noon yesterday, before radiology read it here, the results are not in from local radiology yet.
So just wondering, should we be hopeful that things may finally be looking up for her for an appt ?
thank you for any input.
have a good weekend

Im preparing records and travel plans daily.
She having chest pain and tightness off and on due to her cardiac issues,
i would say that is probably worse and needs addressed.
Hopefully the doctor we see for Endo can refer her out to cardiac and gi while we are there.
I talked to a couple mayo employees on phone,
they said to explain symptoms and ask him to refer out .
I have all cardiac and gi records ready imaging, reports, etc, and only hope we can see those depts too.
thank you for asking about Mom.
