Is there a supplement that really works?
I was diagnosed 6 years ago with osteoporosis. I thought I was doing everything possible to build bone density but my latest bone density showed it got worse by 6%. I am taking a supplement called ‘bone-up’ which is supposed to be natural and has StimuCal. I’m wondering if there are better supplements out there that really help? Has anyone seen positive bone density results? If so, I would love to know what you are taking and doing. By the way, I’m 65, and try to be fairly active. Thank you.

I'm taking a supplement by Professional
Formulas called Bone Stim Liquescence. You use a tsp. under the tongue 30
minutes before/after you eat twice a day. Also taking Super Silica Plus
manufactured by KAL. Started out taking 3 tabs in morning and 3 evening
after a meal and now just taking 2 tablets twice a day
@pking1952 I'm sorry, but the Bone Stim product is complete garbage. Homeopathy is quack science - period.

Osteoporosis is unfortunately a diagnosis that carries many stigmas regarding the approved medications for treatment and the side-effects that some may experience. It is also a disease that attracts a lot of false information and claims of supplements and exercise routines that can cure osteoporosis without medications prescribed by your providers.

3 Reactions@pking1952 where you just using natural supplements?? Or combining that with osteoporosis medication?? Would you be willing to share which supplements you are using...
@jimmy05 Just using natural supplements only (I react to so many drugs wasn't worth the risk). I have attached pictures of supplements in taking. I also added D3 +K2 but one the bone stim had that in it too.
@jimmy05 dosage i used was 1 tsp of bone stim under tongue twice day 30 minutes b4 or after eating. Started with 3 tablets of Super Silica twice daily and have gone down to 2 tablets twice a day. Hope that helps.
