Is there a supplement that really works?
I was diagnosed 6 years ago with osteoporosis. I thought I was doing everything possible to build bone density but my latest bone density showed it got worse by 6%. I am taking a supplement called ‘bone-up’ which is supposed to be natural and has StimuCal. I’m wondering if there are better supplements out there that really help? Has anyone seen positive bone density results? If so, I would love to know what you are taking and doing. By the way, I’m 65, and try to be fairly active. Thank you.

@joanmperez, I take Now Red Mineral Algae, Now Vitamin K2 MK7, Boron and Kal Magnesium Glycinate.
In addition, I take Now Vitamin D3.
Try ocean essence
Some people swear by algaecal but it was not enough for me. They have their own website and they have a nutritionist and other individuals to help.
Oh and I should have mentioned that the algaecal does include k 2, d, boron, vitamin c, magnesium and of course the calcium that's made from algae. I still use it even though I've been taking medicine for years because I do not react to that calcium as I do too all the other forms of calcium
You can use their nutritionist and other helpers and not continue to take it if you want.
