How to Treat Knee Scar

This is a better post than my earlier one. I had my stitches taken out on Wednesday and am starting to feel real discomfort/sensitivity on my scar. Any tips?

@babette I never had that but maybe there is some type of topical that can numb the area a bit. Ask your doctor if he can prescribe something like that or recommend something.
Also, people seem to feel that CBD helps with that type of pain. I checked that with my doctor (transplant surgeon) and was told a topical would be fine but not the oil that you ingest. I purchased a small tube at Whole Foods for my leg pains that now I think are primarily muscle recovery, and surprisingly it did seem to help!
