How to stop the vibrations?

Posted by mojobass @mojobass, Aug 27, 2023

Anyone have tips on stopping these vibrations? It's been a couple years and they don't let go. Only last about 30 seconds but scares me and I get all saddened and that nobody knows what's going on. I've done MRI's EEG's bloodwork and everything comes back clear. I am glad to have found this forum to know I am not alone,,,

I call these “adrenaline rushes”. Anyway that’s what it feels like to me. I have been to endocrinologist and they pronounce me entirely normal. I was sure they would find something out of whack. Frankly I’ve just stopped talking about it because it gets me nowhere. I get them early in the morning every day. I guess it’s my “wake up” call. It’s sometimes very early and there’s no going back to sleep. Then I get them now and then through the day. Like others, mine tend to be when I am quiet, trying to rest, relax or watching tv. It starts in the pit of my stomach and radiates down my legs and up my body. My head , for this has not been involved.
Just one more crazy disturbing symptom.

I had COVID Dec 2022 developed shakiness/ vibrations as well told by my Primary and Neurologist it’s anxiety…. No way is it i know my body … after 7 months went away only to return after 2nd COVID infection Aug 2023… i don’t talk about it because no one wants to hear it
As soon as i get out of bed the shakiness starts .., it’s varies in intensity
I agree , exercise does help ..,,..
but I’m thankful I’m not like others who are really suffering …
Hang in everyone

This is what I'm getting. Exactly 8 weeks after first diagnosis and about 3 weeks after last NEGATIVE test. The vibrations. In my neck, head and shoulders, fades away in about 15 seconds, but those 15 seconds are an UNKNOWN and scary. Is this sudden death? A seizure? A stroke? Underlying respiratory problem exposed (i smoke cigs). Primary Care looks at me with his head tilted like im a lunatic. It's crazy, and im feeling helpless and frustrated. This is in addition to a severe and debilitating decline in stamina. Making a sandwich gets me winded. I'm gonna try to improve and ride stationary bike. But the lingering concern of these vibrations has me worried to exercise. If I fall over nobody is there to pick my a__ up. The support and finances for this disease came and went, a little prematurely. Alot of people relying on paychecks week to week are just-now bearing the burden of a lack of production and inability to work. Let alone trying to correct sloppy work of recent weeks where the Covid fog caused me to miss attention to last detail. This pesky little Wuhan virus was surely assembled well and very hard to deal with

Yes, if we share our experiences we get some validation from other sufferers that is very hard to get from doctors. We are not going crazy, most of us are not depressed. We are just trying desperately to get some relief from these very disparate symptoms.
Even a little relief would encourage me that I might finally be on the mend. So far I continue to feel worse. Each doctor that tells me I’m just fine does me a dis-service. I am not an hypochondriac. I have very debilitating symptoms.
It helps me to hear from all of you. We must keep trying for answers, no matter how hard it seems.

I also had horrible internal vibrations that would last for some time and they went on for months. Fortunately, now after six months, I rarely have them, but they were just terrible and people thought I was crazy. Couldn’t sleep at all with them.

Hi Scrappy,
Thanks for your comments and so glad to hear they have calmed down. Iam trying all sorts of natural avenues from a dietary cleanse to neural therapy and trying to get things moving in the right direction. Take care and be well... PAUL

Well you aren’t crazy. These people just haven’t experienced anything like it so they think it can’t happen. Just ignorance. I experience them and they are debilitating. God bless you
