How to stop the vibrations?

Posted by mojobass @mojobass, Aug 27, 2023

Anyone have tips on stopping these vibrations? It's been a couple years and they don't let go. Only last about 30 seconds but scares me and I get all saddened and that nobody knows what's going on. I've done MRI's EEG's bloodwork and everything comes back clear. I am glad to have found this forum to know I am not alone,,,

@zacky

This is what I'm getting. Exactly 8 weeks after first diagnosis and about 3 weeks after last NEGATIVE test. The vibrations. In my neck, head and shoulders, fades away in about 15 seconds, but those 15 seconds are an UNKNOWN and scary. Is this sudden death? A seizure? A stroke? Underlying respiratory problem exposed (i smoke cigs). Primary Care looks at me with his head tilted like im a lunatic. It's crazy, and im feeling helpless and frustrated. This is in addition to a severe and debilitating decline in stamina. Making a sandwich gets me winded. I'm gonna try to improve and ride stationary bike. But the lingering concern of these vibrations has me worried to exercise. If I fall over nobody is there to pick my a__ up. The support and finances for this disease came and went, a little prematurely. Alot of people relying on paychecks week to week are just-now bearing the burden of a lack of production and inability to work. Let alone trying to correct sloppy work of recent weeks where the Covid fog caused me to miss attention to last detail. This pesky little Wuhan virus was surely assembled well and very hard to deal with

Hi Zacky,
Iam with you all the way ,scary unknown feelings. I suggest some mild exercise, like your were saying on the bike. I've heard a nerve issue can be the causes, so get things to open up by moving may help. Iam going to a body alignment person this thursday which was recommended by my acupuncturist, maybe it will help. We are all different on this path I will post my findings. Thank you for contributing to this page. Stay well.

I have had the internal vibrations for over a year. It feels like I am shaking inside and it is consistent.

I had COVID Dec 2022 developed shakiness/ vibrations as well told by my Primary and Neurologist it’s anxiety…. No way is it i know my body … after 7 months went away only to return after 2nd COVID infection Aug 2023… i don’t talk about it because no one wants to hear it
As soon as i get out of bed the shakiness starts .., it’s varies in intensity
I agree , exercise does help ..,,..
but I’m thankful I’m not like others who are really suffering …

I’ve had these internal vibrations since 2/21. They start with numbness in my feet and a blood rushing sensation in my calves that work its way up the rest of my body. I started getting weird headaches especially behind my eye and electrical sensations after Covid round 2.. Sometimes it helps to walk because it masks vibrations, and feels like it’s burning off extra adrenaline or energy in my system. No one has been able to help me. I’ve seen many doctors, had many tests, and tried many medications. I will say that a recent MRA revealed a brain aneurysm. I believe it is from the vibrations. I also was diagnosed with two heart aneurysms. Heart racing was my first sign of Covid each time that led to me getting tested. All of my MRIs and CT scans came back normal, but they only check the bone/tissues. It’s important to know that you need an MRA or a CTA to check the blood vessels.

I understand your feeling as I too have been dealing with internal vibrations for over a year now and mostly now in my legs evening hours. Nobody seems to want to hear about you issues. The Drs have no answers even with all the testing available. I had 3 vaccinations and Covid before all these vibrations/buzzing started.

Thanks for sharing your experience.
I’ve been doing a dietary cleanse and getting more exercise and have been clear for a few days of having any episodes. We’ll see.

Hello. I don’t think they ever stop. They gave me gabapentin for the nerve pain and it doesn’t stop the constant vibrations though. Does relieve the burning and needle feeling a little. Covid knocked me out f grave’s disease remission and im having some bone deterioration as well. Two surgeries ahead for me. Im so blessed to have an amazing Dr. that is really caring and does her own long covid research. God bless you
