Confused by PFT. So much to absorb ! What are the treatments for Mild, Moderate and Severe ?

Hi. First time posting. If you qualify for the zephyr valves I would recommend at least to try. It has made a world of difference in my quality of life.

Just make sure zephyr valves will help your condition. I was looking into them in a clinical trial, but got turned down. My Dr. said he was sorta glad because he didn't think they would help.

Although it is intended to alleviate some symptoms, I would not classify saline solution as a drug.
I use it twice a day to relieve nasal congestion. For my asthma, I utilize a nebulizer that contains prescribed medication as well as a rescue inhaler.
I don't advocate seeing a pharmacist for dose recommendations, etc. They are excellent for detecting drug interactions, among other things. Doctors and pharmacists both play important roles in medical treatment.

Had Zephyr valves inserted & it made a world of difference! Also keep in mind that the FDA has put Dupixent on the priority for approval for COPD! That is one incredible drug!
