Cac score, scared

So 69 year old female
Cholesterol 228
Hdl 47
LDL been increasing 143
Triglycerides 235
Lpa 0
Doctor suggested a CAC scan as we discussed statins
CAME BACK 1282!
LAD 832 RAC 450 other 3 arteries 0
Have cardiologist in 5 weeks and endocrinologist as thyroid TSH way up to 8.98
Gp wants to me start pravastatin 10 mg immediately. Too low?
So can we anyone help calm me down as I didn’t think my numbers were that bad and was prepared for maybe 300s but yikes.
Feel like heart attack is waiting to happen? Just laying on couch.
Please share that I do I need to freak out?
I read statin can help lower TSH SO MAYBE that would be best first as synthroid can reduce statin effects and hurt kidneys.
Thoughts on the LAD? Is that crazy score?
Why are 3 arteries 0?
