Dizziness: I'm searching for the unknown cause
I woke up one morning very dizzy -- called PCP office and after answering a number of questions, I was encouraged to go to the emergency room -- they did lots of lab work, CT scan, MRI -- stayed overnight to monitor me -- ruled out stroke, brain tumor, and brain bleed -- also vestibuler problems (ear crystals out of alignment) -- have see 2 doctors and a PT person, all three told me to see a neurologist -- my symptoms are dizziness, pain in forehead above the eyes (like a headache), very tired, nausea. I have looked online at a number of sites, and the reason that are listed for dizziness, don't seem to fit --- ANYONE have any thoughts as to what is going on -- I can't get in to see a neurologist until the beginning of September, and this has been going on since July 20

@tonyinmi I had same problem for several years. My ENT also recommended drinking more water so I now also take a bottle to bed every night and sip it. But he also recommended using a sinus rinse and since I've been doing both, no sinusitis. I used to get a couple of sinus attacks every winter but last winter was first time without.
Hi @lois6524, dizziness is one of those symptoms that can be caused by almost anything and everything. When I put "dizzy" or "dizziness" into the Search on this site, so many posts appear in the results. Here's a (not so) short list of only those discussions that include dizziness in the title. This might help you in your search for answers or things to explore with your care team.
