Why do I cough up mucus at the end of every meal?
I have researched, but failed to find out why at the instant I complete any meal, I begin to cough up mucus. Most embarrassing!

@coachcal I do have acid c reflux and my pulmonologist recently recommended taking famitodine (pepcid) right after eating. It works really well. As soon as the last bite is taken I take a 20 mg tablet pepcid and I'm good.

1 ReactionHas anyone with BE taken Ohturvayre? I would be intetested in your experience nebulizing it twice a day as recommended.
@vmorton so you don't have post-meal wheezing/mucus really anymore after famotidine, but you still have other BE symptoms and still need hypertonic saline nebulizer, etc.? Would you mind mentioning everything you're taking that's helped the most with BE? It sounds like you've been dealing with it for 45 years... so it sounds like you've been doing something right to deal with it for this long.
I'm also curious to see if anyone else has tried Ohturvayre.
