Camzyos and insomnia.

I’ve been taking Camzyos since 7/26/23. I have had 4 consecutive nights that I cannot sleep. I usually sleep very well. Has anyone else dealt with insomnia while taking Camzyos?

Although I'm the wrong kind of doctor (Ph.D. not MD), I'd be more concerned about symptoms of HOCM than side effects of Camzyos. I've been taking 5 mg of Camzyos for almost a year now (in addition to my dozen other Rx's)...Good to keep in mind that it's the Legal Department writing all the warnings...puts things in perspective (not that one shouldn't take warnings seriously).

@susiewordsmith Yes, legal departments include every effect even if only one person in 100,000 experiences it.

@susiewordsmith i’ve been on 5 mg of Camzyos for maybe three years now. And I don’t sleep well. Have some anxiety and wonder if that could be associated with Camzyos. Anybody take anything for anxiety with Camzyos? ?

I've had sleep problems prior to camzyos and take ambien for that. Also had mild depression and take something for that.
My 10 mg dose still isn't helping with fatigue.

@sassyrdh329 thank you. Just curious what you take for depression with the Camzyos. I’m also on Eliquis so I’m a little bit limited of what I can take I think.

Effexor or 75mg do you still have fatigue while on camzyos? Did you ever?

@sassyrdh329 yes I have fatigue and I’ve been on it for three years, I’m also on Toprol XL, a beta blocker, which can also cause fatigue. Do you take a blood thinner like Eliquis or something like that?
