I have had more than 3 or 4 ekgs done , I’ve had stress tests done, I’ve had scans done of my heart , And they tell me my heart is fine, I’m on my last legs here mentally , Some days the tightness gets really bad then randomly changes up whenever , sometimes it burns extremely bad almost like a brunch pulling squeezing feeling, Feels heavy at times , And probably not even two week ago the symptoms weren’t that horrible, I’ve been dealing with this for more than 10 years and symptoms seems to be the same. I’m losing my mind . That is also including the pain I’ve been chronically dealing with n the left side of my head been to neurologists scans done of my brain multiple times , with nothing. The pain starts under my cheekbone and feels like heavy pressure and pulling and I feeling it squirming and pain radiates bad into my temple and the back side of my left side of head , it just aches and throbes .

For your head symptoms, did you let check your teeth and jars?
Think additional of allergies.
Sometimes it’s a long exhausting way to figure out, what’s going on but don’t give up, alternative try holistic medicine and also relaxation techniques.

It could be a reaction do something you are using or eating.
Our bodies react and many different ways
I am getting over having hives for nine months couldn’t figure out what it was. It turned out to be an ingredient in a vitamin
Think back to when it started and see if you had any changes
It’s good to know your heart is great
Don’t give up you’ll figure it out slow slowly

Have your ever had a cervical spine scan for stenosis of the nerve canal? This sounds like occasional impingement of a nerve....to me.....as inexpert as I am about such things.

I’ll be honest, a great physician who re-acquired his license in ‘21, fully exonerated, put me on to this little known phenomenon: Migratory Pain Syndrome. Maybe I just got lucky. Maybe the minimally treatments worked. But definitely marked improvement. I can’t promise anything. But can’t hurt to Google Migratory Pain (Syndrome). Am sure my place took Medicare but always ask, and always about a secondary.

I am so concerned about your symptoms as a mom of two "kids" your age! Good for you for continuing to search for answers and advocate for yourself. I am thinking you "present" healthier than you feel, and perhaps aren't taken as seriously as you should be. I am so sorry you are struggling with these symptoms since they seem very intense. May you find answers soon!

Head problem could be your TMJ joint- an issue your dentist
could help with -from my experience. The chest tightness, burning could be relieved with medication for acid reflux and attention to foods that aggravate it—also from my experience.

I am a 31 year old male diagnosed with mvp and trace regurgitation. I need some help and peace of mind , I was told I was born with this . I have had these symptoms since I was a young teenager , not much has really changed in my symptoms they are just annoying to deal with most days are same symptoms burning, squeezing sensations in chest minor aches in chest and in left arm , dizziness is probably the worst part for me I am not sure if the dizziness is from something else with me , I have trigiimnal nerulgia as well and I’ve been told I may have inner ear problems . But regardless I have dizziness , unsteady sensations . I will post my summary after report , I been using ai to decode what was told to me in the summary , which I’m hoping is correct , the fraction is 55-60% . Hi @shinew94
I’m not a physician but I’ve been reading these reports of my echoes for years. Looks good but you should expect your doctor to explain it all to you so that you understand and continue to investigate your symptoms with you. Good luck.
