Well thanks to these groups I am finding ... Really starting to enjoy these group

In one of my other groups members had

one of my meditation or mindfulness groups

I follow two Facebook groups and a few

invited to partake in any of the support groups

It is discussion groups such as this ... similar females who are in my age group
