Not everyone becomes addicted to the pain ... do need something to get thru the pain ... I had limited pain med. and would not ... Finally Dr. gave me the pain med. ... doing exercises and PT to get this knee

If I were you, I would go to PT for as long as your health care...
All of these muscles support the knees ... I would suggest that you ice your knee ... minutes every hour or two and get a knee ... I did one for my right knee and I regret ... it……..long recouperation, lots of pain
