FWIW, I had first in JanuDXA scan in 2014 at age 57. I didn't find out...
from 2016 to 2019 until it caused bad gut ... I'm still left with gut issues from ... after 5 to 10 mintues , severe bone pain ... My doctor gave me the green light. ... It was the worst pain ever.

That may help shed light on the subject ... that you been taking antibiotics and pain ... killing off of the good bacteria in your gut ... highly recommend some reading for 'gut ... and SIBO can cause severe abdominal pain
