Suzy I’m so sorry you’re having to try yet another treatment. I hope you find the right one for you.
Trelegy made me so hoarse I couldn't be understood. I had to stop.
I have been using Trelegy successfully for several years. Last year, I contracted Covid 19 which put me in hospital
There I was treated for a COPD exacerbation with antibiotics and steroids, I never recovered and now have difficulty inhaling dry powder Trelegy. My GP prescribed Trimbow via a spacer, but it isn't working, leaving me gasping for breath. Is there an alternative to Trelegy that is not dry powder maybe?

1 ReactionNebulizer is for immediate needs-trelegy is for long term-use both.
@rpw2402 I had been on Trelegy for more than a year and it just seems like it was not working. Changed to Breztri and had better results. By inhaling deeply, the Breztri seems like it is getting deeper into my lower lung. There’s a LOT of discussion here on the Breztri inhalers not functioning properly. I’ve had no issues with that. Like the old saying: if all else fails, read the directions!
@stevelc
many thanks. I'm not sure whether Breztri is available in UK, so I'll have to check. Meantime, many thanks for the suggestion!
Nebulizers can be used for long term use if the provider & patient agree. It works better for sone while others find it inconvenient.
