Anyone else dealing with shingles?

That is awful. I’m thinking it could of been a bad batch of vaccines. Some doctors give the paper inserts from the box of vaccines.
Do you know of anybody else who used the same doctor/clinic on the same day having the shingles shot?

Good morning @oldkarl I’m so sorry you got the shingles even though you had the vaccine. That’s not totally uncommon, though, as vaccines are not 100% effective. Have you talked with your doctor about proper care of the lesions? I certainly hope it gets better soon!

Hello all. I am peach and I did not have the vaccine because my two endochronologist's told me not to. (I have many medical issues which forbids this.) Anyway I did get the shingles. Freezing, nausea with no vomiting, the rash, etc. I did not suffer to bad with this because the chronic venus insufficiency PAIN, PAIN, PAIN is so excrutiating it takes away the Shingle pains. The rash is quite painful. l have the Shingles for about two months now but do not worry about getting this. There are much worse medical problems. I am still waiting for the crusts to heal over the rash. But, do not take this to lightly as it can be serious depending on the many different patients and their many medical problems. What might be very important is: I looked up the symptoms on the internet and the different treatments because with this corona virus I did not want to expose myself by leaving the house and going to the doctor. If it would have gotten out of hand I most certainly would have gone to the doctor. Also there was no temperature. Keep your head and your mind open and smile when you hear the music. My doc said just to keep oiling the lesions, and hey would go away. They are going away slowly.

Yes, I have talked to the doctor, but no good response. I think I will just have to wait it out. I am now down to a pink area above the left eye and some shingles in the hair.

OMG! Go to the ER or call another md! There is medication available that works!! Also, after shingles clear up, there is a vaccine that will end further outbreaks! I feel your pain!

@asquires I’m just curious, why do you want him to go to the ER? He has spoken to his doctor and is slowly getting better.

I had the latest Shingles Vaccine and had bad side effects for 4 months. I should have researched first before taking it. The original vaccine with the live virus I had no problems, but the latest one, was a no go for me. Sorry I ever had it done!

@dablues Im sorry you had a reaction from your 2nd shingles shot . My arem was sore for about 3-4 months but no other effects . What kind of side effects did you have?

If this means anything: I have been told by Endochronalogists that the Shingles vaccine can be a danger to certain people. Also can be deadly to others. Good luck Peach
