Please someone tell me the trick to relax severe leg cramps????
Lord, they are lasting 1-2 hours, debilitating pain. Can't walk them off. Starting behind the knees down to my toes. Some curl my toes some point them. Tried stretching, bio feedback relaxation. NO HELP!! HELP!

Hi, I get some crazy spasms and toe curling. Not sure if they're cramps or what they are but one thing that helps me sometimes but not always is spelling the alphabet with my big toe on the ground. Physically drawing the letters with my big toe. By the time I get to letter G it usually gets a little better. Seems weird but I am weird medically hahaha. Hope this helps someone! Best of luck with the cramps.

That is a long time!!! to have severe cramping. Mine only lasts 5-15 minutes and if I catch them as soon as I feel one coming, I can walk them off. But it takes a lot out of me. I can only imagine what you are enduring. If you know what is causing them, perhaps your dr. can help. I’ve had an EMG and MRI. Results are: evidence of chronic appearing nerve root injury coming from both the neck and low back, Cramps and symptoms are related to "radiculopathy"- which is a term for spine nerve root injury. I’ve been given exercises, recommended tonic water, magnesium, electrolytes…next stop is Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician.
Bless your heart, I feel for you.
