Pacemaker replacement issues

My husband had his pacemaker replaced on Thursday. His heart rate was a bit erratic. Once interrogated it was confirmed he was in Afib and that he had another episode in November that we never knew about. He has experienced a headache and dizziness since his surgery. I have spoken with his cardiologist and he seems to be him tomorrow. I am just curious if anyone else has had these issues? He is only 51
