Need to be in constant motion at the beginning of Covid

Did anyone of you feel like you had to be in constant motion at the beginning of your symptoms with Covid?It is not anxiety,but beyond that.Whatever you are doing had to be done so quickly.If you were at a red-light you could not just wait.You would feel like you just have to keep on going?I also had trouble concentrating where I would have to walk away,pausing in my breathing and my nose would run every time I ate.I have been sick for over 2 years and I believe I had covid,but had an iron Infusion at the same time and thought my symptoms were brought on from that.I tested for long covid and it came back negative,but it was way after I first got sick.I have trouble swallowing,slow talking,chewing,trouble walking,no gag reflex,dry painful eyes with lack of muscle movement and many other symptoms.I have had every test you can imagine amd they have not really found much.They have found some little things,but nothing that could bring all of this on.My neurologist thinks I may have a metabolic muscle disease,but those don't cause trouble swallowing,eating and talking.I thought I might have Myasthenia Gravis,ALS or LEMS,but the neurologist told me no.I also have no strength in my diaphram/sternum area and it does not push my belly down like it should.I can feel me touching my stomach,but the sensation in my belly is gone and I dont have gastroparesis.No Doctor knows what this is.I am really thinking it has to be from covid because it is so weird.The scariest part is they really can't find anything.It is an invisible disease.I know that Covid can attack the vagus nerve which can explain some of these symptoms.When I was unable to swallow I lost close to 80 pounds.My primary thought to give me steroids which gave me the ability to eat and walk more because it helps with inflammation.I believe that covid attacked my whole body and brought on Autoimmune type symptoms that are not showing up on conventional tests for some reason.

@nikiraye

I am grateful for the comments about long covid problems. I can no longer go have medical tests to try and diagnose issues that come and go but tests always come out negative because copay I can't afford.
I also experience the dizziness, lost a lot of my hair and what's growing back is different. I don't recognize myself anymore. It's a challenge every day to just get through the day. I have the stomach issues, sweating a lot anemia and it just goes on and on.

Thankyou for resonding.I feel the same as you.I feel like it is not even worth going to the Doctors Appointments anymore.They just can't find anything.I can barely walk and look like a creature now.It is very difficult when you go from healthy to this.The only people that would understand what we are going through is people like us.I pray that both of us feel better in time and Doctors are able to help us soon.
